The Classic "Team Red" Colourway Updates The Nike Dunk Low

In the words of UB40, "Red, Red Wine". If you're looking for some merlot-inspired sneakers, then the latest Nike Dunk Low to be added to the Swoosh brand's impressive Dunk collection is sure to suit. Introducing, the Nike Dunk Low "Team Red". It's not the first time we've laid eyes on this pleasing and popular colourway, but we're so glad to see it on the Dunk Low for 2022.

If you missed out on the Nike Dunk Low "Bordeaux", then this is the perfect alternative. Fingers crossed you secure a W with this one!

Taking on a slightly more reddish colourway than the Bordeaux's more brown hues, the "Team Red" iteration sees deep maroon dress the smooth leather panelling on the toe cap, eyelets, heel and all-important Nike Swooshes on the medial and lateral sidewalls. Underfoot, we can see a red rubber outsole contrasting strongly to the white midsole, whilst a matching red lace unit ties up the Dunk from top to toe. Unlike the Nike Dunk High "Team Red", there are no hints of vintage-inspired, off-white hues, rather the rest of the leather upper comes in that brilliant-white colouring that corresponds to the midsole.

We don't currently have a release date for the Nike Dunk Low "Team Red", but rumour has it we should see a release later on in the summer. This will definitely be one to cop in readiness for autumn!
