The Air Jordan 1 has always been known for its wealth of classic colour schemes, from the bold “Bred” to much more neutral options. Part of the beauty of the silhouette is the way it takes on colour – it lends itself to endless combinations and therefore there really is a pair to suit everyone. The latest version of Jordan’s mid-cut model borrows its palette from a fan-favourite Air Jordan 1 High , so here’s what to expect from the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Vintage Grey.”
Arriving in a premium leather build, the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Vintage Grey” starts off with a bright white base that covers the majority of the upper, whilst hints of grey dress the Nike Swoosh, collar and lining. Jordan branding hits also take on the steely hue in the form of the Jumpman logo on the tongue and ball-and-wings motif on the ankle flap for a clean, tonal look.
Underfoot, the “Vintage Grey” AJ1 Mid features a “Sail” coloured midsole that adds to the pair’s vintage vibe, whilst a grey rubber outsole completes the classic colourway. The neutrality of the pair makes the "Vintage Grey" Jordan 1 Mid an essential for any rotation, particularly if you missed out on the high-top counterpart before.
Whilst there’s no confirmed release date for the “Vintage Grey” Air Jordan 1 Mid right now, it’s looking like the pair is set to drop sometime within the next few months alongside the matching Air Jordan 1 Low. We’re expecting these to be very popular, so make sure to hit those release reminders for your best chance of getting that W!
Up next, this women's-exclusive Jordan is inspired by Birkin bags.
