The Coutie x Vans Collection Makes A Statement About Social Media

Due to release another Old Skool collaboration, Coutie and Vans have designed a range entitled “Nightmare Society”. The design feature on the signature Vans’ silhouette is intended to explore the two sides of society. Labelling the new styles with a “They Hide a Pretty Lie. Nothing More, Nor Less” motif, the phrase encourages buyers to look behind what’s posted on social media and reassess the reality of the images.

The Vans Old Skool silhouette is crafted in smooth black suede and elevated with a bright green Jazz Stripe. With ‘Nightmare Society’ printed on the toe and a snake on the heel, the design is finished with contrasting white laces and a black midsole.

Available right now on Coutie’s web store, the Old Skool sneakers will set you back around £100, while the matching apparel ranges from £20 to £80.
