The Humanrace x adidas NMD S1 MAHBS Collection is Set to Receive an Expansion

Now that NEIGHBORHOOD has had its turn with the adidas NMD S1 silhouette, Pharrell Williams' Humanrace wants another slice of the pie. Building upon the MAHBS sneaker series, four new colourways of the Humanrace x adidas NMD S1 are expected to land imminently, each with a distinctive knack for details.

Built upon exaggerated outsoles and textured bases, we see shades of "Mint," "Cacao," "Pink Sea Salt," and "Oatmeal." Each of these hues paints the heel of each pair in a diagonal fashion, backed up by a large Humanrace text that wraps around from the lateral wall to the toe box. In addition, Boost midsoles sit underfoot, delivering unrivalled comfort.

At the bottom of the shoe, treads are stamped with adidas' signature Trefoil logo, reinforcing the minor design nuances found throughout this model. As the YEEZY ship sails, adidas will no doubt be looking to collaborative partners such as Humanrace to fill part of the void left behind. While we've got a long way to go, this pair might just be that step in the right direction.
