Despite what the leaks earlier this year might have made us believe, the Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1 is far different from what we were expecting. Oddly enough, this follow-up to last year's collaborative Air Humara has been revealed by an eBay listing, offering a first glimpse at a truly unique silhouette.
By all appearances, the Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1 bears few similarities when compared to the regular AF1 silhouette. The distinctive perforated toe box and lateral panelling are shared, but it's fair to say the resemblance ends there. The most eye-catching part of the silhouette is the now-revealed woven sole units, complete with wraparound nylon cording. Other notable details include a custom rendition of the silver dubrae, with this one now reading “JF1." Elsewhere, a minimised Nike Swoosh decorates the lateral and medial walls, reflecting the design of the Air Humara collaboration.
The Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1 is set to arrive in the pictured "White" colourway, along with an all-black version detailed in Nike's Instagram post below. There's no official release date just yet, but keep your eyes peeled for more updates in the coming months. In other footwear news, here's when the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Carbon Beluga" is dropping .
