Montreal-based design studio JJJJound first teamed up with Vans over four years ago, when the labels dropped a pared-back iteration of the classic Old Skool. Since then, the studio has become a highly-respected force in the footwear industry, offering hyped collaborations with both New Balance and Reebok.
Now set to join forces with Vans once again, Justin Saunders’ brand is working on the lesser-seen Sk8-Mid this time around. Thanks to a simple teaser shot posted via the JJJJound Instagram account, we can now see that the silhouette is set to launch in three different colourways.

All three look set to be crafted from supple suede for a premium look throughout, with the colour schemes ranging from a blacked-out variant, to khaki green and then to a brown option. All three take on the label’s signature low-key look, while retaining the classic Californian style of Vans. White midsoles round off the look, while at a first glance the only branding we can see is standard Vans logos at the tongues.
As of yet, there’s no further details regarding the release of the JJJJound x Vans Sk8-Mid pack, but make sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier as we’ll update you as soon as we know more! In the meantime, while you’re here why not check out our Air Jordan 3 size guide?
