The Nike Dunk continues to reign supreme as 2022s hottest silhouette, and now Nike has freshly-unveiled a brand-new colourway that’s due to hit stores soon. Titled the Nike Dunk High “Lakers”, the kicks opt for a yellow and purple colour palette for a recognisable look, no doubt inspired by the prestigious LA basketball team.
The pair are crafted from premium leather and showcase college colour-blocking, giving these an instant OG feel despite the fact that this wasn’t one of the original 1985 colourways. Nike’s Swoosh logo is placed on both the lateral and medial sides while typeface branding appears at the tongue tabs.
Other details include a perforated toe box, padding around the ankles and yellow laces to match the rest of the design. This is all located on top of a white midsole unit that conceals a full-length Nike Air cushioning system to ensure that these don’t just look great and that they’re also super comfortable.
If you’re liking the look of this new pair then you’ll have to stay tuned for further release details, although we can expect to see them in the coming months. In the meantime keep it locked right here at The Sole Supplier and while you are with us take a look at the Dunk Low “Leopard Swoosh” too!
