Just when you thought the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Grim Reaper" was going to be the wildest silhouette of the year, it would seem Off-White and Nike have other plans. In continuation of all things weird and wonderful, the duo is set to come together one final time this year, once again releasing two Air Terra Forma colourways.
Backing up last year's " Summit White " and " Wheat " colourways, “ Mantra Orange ” and “ Archaeo Brown ” versions have just been revealed, each as maximalist as its predecessors. Designed by none other than the late Virgil Abloh, the Air Terra Forma retains its original makeup. In contrast to its “TREAD LIGHTLY” signature underfoot, a spiked sole unit delivers an unconventional touch. Atop this, translucent Swooshes and multicoloured midsole segments make way to either a mix of orange and black or olive and brown.
Near the summit of the shoe, an extended tongue delivers a look reminiscent of a pair of football shinpads, adding to the shoe's peculiar aesthetic. As a finishing touch, the iconic Off-White zip tie tag remains a firm staple. For those looking to get their hands on either the “Mantra Orange” or “Archaeo Brown," they will be released on the 21st of December directly from Nike's SNKRS platform. Up next, the JJJJound x New Balance 2002R supplies a healthy dose of GORE-TEX goodness .
