One may think that New Balance has seen enough collaborations over the recent years, but the stream of upcoming offerings that appeared on our radar shows that the Boston-based footwear giant has plenty more up its sleeves. This time, we're taking a closer look at the Slow Steady Club x New Balance 990v5 ensembles.
The two-shoe pack is launching in two colourways: one in cream and the other in brown. Both pairs are designed in partnership with the South Korean streetwear label Slow Steady Club and pull inspiration from its "HOTEL990" collection.
This co-branded 990v5 maintains its traditional construction of mesh profiling and suede layerings, accompanied by New Balance's signature ENCAP-cushioned midsole beneath the feet. Across the sides, familiar "N" logos are shaded in their titular tones, while "SLOW STEADY CLUB" branding imprinted on the rear segment accompanies the model's "990" text too.
This isn't the first time New Balance has collaborated with a Korean brand either, notably speaking of the upcoming thisisneverthat x New Balance 860v2. Also, be sure to stay locked in right here at The Sole Supplier as we'll be the first to notify you of all the latest New Balance drops, including the release date for this one.
