This is it, chief. After five whole years of waiting, it looks like the Yeezy Boost 350 V3 is finally arriving next month. Set to make its debut in a "Covellite" colourway, it get its name from the rare copper sulfide mineral and follows the same naming scheme as Kanye West's most recent releases, including the "Calcite", the "Limonite", and the "Yecoraite".
According to legend, the 380 was supposed to be the 350 V3, but Ye loved it so much that he decided to make it an entirely new silhouette altogether. Rumours of the "Covellite" began to surface all the way back in summer 2020 when sneaker insiders Yeezy Mafia reported that it was inbound. Out of nowhere, leaked calendars from various retailers began to show that it was coming in autumn, but it was pulled at the very last minute.
Now, our sources suggest that the coveted Yeezy is set to make its grand debut as soon as next month. We have no idea what its meant to look like, but judging from the name and the teaser from YM, it's going to feature a full Primeknit upper that's dipped in a purple and blue colour scheme. This then sits atop a chunky adidas Boost midsole that has been slightly revamped with added curved along the top and traction underfoot.
At this moment in time, pretty much nothing else is known about the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V3 "Covellite", so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole Supplier for more news as it develops! Let us know if you'll be copping, and in related news, the Yeezy 700 V3 "Kyanite" is dropping much sooner than expected!
