LA-based streetwear pioneer XLARGE might not be a name that’s familiar to most, however it’s hard to deny how much of an influence the brand has had on the industry as a whole. While we haven’t heard a great deal from them in the past few years, the label is set to make a comeback very soon in the form of an upcoming collaboration with adidas Originals. Launching the XLARGE x adidas Originals Campus 80s in both “Mesa” and “Orbit Violet”, these are two sneakers that will likely be in high-demand!
Both decked out in eye-catching colourways and featuring animal-print graphics, whether you’re a fan of the Campus 80s or not these no doubt inject a new lease of life into the retro silhouette. First up is the “Orbit Violet” colourway, which showcases a pale blue suede upper that’s accentuated with black three stripe branding and rubber XLARGE tabs on the tongues, with black details finishing off the look.
The “Mesa” colourway instead opts for a mustard-yellow getup, with orange accents breaking up the design. Three stripe branding is also present as well as XLARGE branding on the tongues, while the heel counters display the iconic trefoil logo. Both pairs sit on top of a rubber midsole that conceals all the everyday cushioning one might need.
If you’re looking to get your hands on either of these pairs then the good news is that they’re set to launch on the 4th February via select retailers and adidas, so be sure to check out out dedicated product pages for all the help you need to cop!
