After the news the Yeezy x Gap collection was reportedly being released by the end of June, it would appear predictions were true as the two brands have now released their initial offering for the 10-year partnership.
The Yeezy x Gap Round Jacket was first spotted on Kanye West in all its glory last week, alongside a pair of Nike Vandals, oddly enough. Constructed of a recycled nylon shell, this puffer jacket is adorned with a bright blue hue and features minimalist work from a detailed perspective.
The garment lacks any sort of pockets throughout and instead draws attention to the stand-up collar that makes way to a billowed frontal chest area. The rear of the garment features a heavy V-tapered shape which seems to significantly enhance the width. For any potential buyers, it's worth noting the front of the garment features no button or zip closure meaning the piece can only be worn open.
In addition to the drop, both Kanye & Gap will be displaying "Floating Projections" of the jacket in Chicago, New York and LA.

The jacket is priced at $200 and is currently only available to US customers for pre-order on Gap's website. It remains to be seen when or if Yeezy x Gap will hit UK stores but we'd be lying if we said we didn't have high hopes. In other news, is an Off-White x Liverpool FC collab in the works?
