If you're looking for the perfect pair of Js to keep your toes toasty this winter, then look no further than the Air Jordan 1 Mid "Fleece Grey". Mids are slowly climbing the rankings as the #1 shoe to have in your collection, so no wonder the Swoosh Brand are rapidly expanding their output of these mid-cut sneakers.
One complaint about the Air Jordan 1 Mid is about the noticeable drop in quality compared to the shoe's higher-cut cousin (you can check out more about this controversial silhouette right here). However, this is not the case for this pair, as this fleecy AJ1 Mid comes with luxurious suede panelling across the upper in varying shades of grey.
The base layer of this AJ1 comes in a buttery smooth suede, whilst the overlays appear in a shaggy fabric. On the ankle flap, the usual Air Jordan Wings insignia sits pride of place, only this time in the form of a metallic silver badge, rather than embossed into the suede. At the top of the cushioned tongue sits Michael Jordan's Jumpman logo, and the whole sneaker is done up from top to toe with a crisp-white lace unit.
Underfoot, a white midsole sits atop a rubber grey outsole that ties up the rest of the tonal colours on this sneaker. However, the star of the show is the inner lining of this Mid: grey fleece covers the inside of the tongue and the ankle, making for one ultra cosy shoe.
