Chitose Abe’s CDG PLAY brand is arguably one of the most recognisable in the world of fashion right now due to the highly-coveted heart eyes logo that many know and love. Combine it with Nike’s iconic Swoosh logo that was born back in 1971 and you have a logomania-inspired dream collaboration, aka the duo’s latest team effort that’s just been officially unveiled.
It’s not the first time that CDG Play and Nike have joined forces and it probably won’t be the last, as streetwear fans and high-fashion heads alike have already been expressing their interest regarding the upcoming release!
The collection can be seen in its entirety in this brand-new editorial shoot by Jean Jacques Ndjoli, a Parisian photographer who has been previously recruited by the label to shoot lookbooks. The campaign depicts Ndjoli’s friends wearing full CDG Play x Nike outfits showcased in a seemingly typical aesthetic for the brand. While we’re unsure of the full lineup, it’s apparent already that T-shirts and hoodies are lined up for launch.
