After reworking the FYW S-97 earlier this summer, the creative genius that is Yohji Yamamoto is back with the brand new adidas Y-3 ZX Torsion White Black! Giving the ZX Torsion his unique, instantly recognisable flair, we can’t think of any reason why you wouldn’t cop this shoe!
Painted in an ultra clean white and grey colour palette, the ’80s cult classic has been given a contemporary twist. Boasting an ultra breathable mesh upper, it’s filled to the brim with ultra luxe accents such as full grain leather across the lacing system and buttery smooth suede panels on the lateral and medial side panels, as well as the heel region.
A gigantic pull tab graces the heel, and this is pencilled in with Yamamoto iconic signature, like an artist signing his work. To round it all off, a full length Boost midsole has been embedded within a soft foam unit, and this is infused with adidas’ legendary Torsion technology for support and stability like nothing else out there.
