High-end fashion meets technical running shoe technology as KENZO and ASICS unveil their first sneaker collaboration. The three-part collection highlights the GEL-Kayano 20, expanding the Japanese sportswear giant’s SportStyle catalogue alongside various retro trainers. Embodying the French luxury fashion house’s colourful design ethos, this KENZO x ASICS GEL-Kayano 20 “Multi Blue” serves up next-level sophistication, merging premium style and superior comfort.
This eye-catching colourway sports a striking faux fur base bathed in a green and blue gradient with tiger stripe detailing. ASICS’ signature Tiger Stripes decorate the sidewalls with its gleaming red hue, while a yellow KENZO label adorns the forefoot. Synthetic materials and embroidered panels reinforce the lightweight upper, complementing the multi-colour ensemble. Co-branded logos emblazon the tongue and sockliners. Pink and orange accents animate the midsole, encasing the visible GEL cushioning to provide cloud-like comfort whilst maintaining a stable ride. The shoe comes in special-edition packaging donning tiger aesthetics to commemorate the first-ever partnership.
Catch the collection on 26th January 2024 in select UK retailers, and find out how to get your hands on the KENZO x ASICS GEL-Kayano 20 “Multi Blue” by keeping it locked to The Sole Supplier!
