This Gel Lyte III comes at the hands of Dutch sneaker store Woei. This isn’t the first time that they’ve collab’d with ASICS. To celebrate their 10th anniversary, this upcoming edition could be their biggest collaborative release yet.
An 80s-inspired theme is utilised with a grey and salmon colourway stamped from heel to toe. The OG construct of the ASICS Gel Lyte III sees premium suede overlays cover a soft nylon upper. All the conventional details feature including the cross-stripes to the sidewall as well as that split tongue which keeps the foot firmly locked in place.
As a homage to old school tracksuits, the nylon upper features a variety of colours which work surprisingly well together. Finally, dual branded insignia features to the heel and rear sidewall.
