Taiwanese streetwear brand INVINCIBLE commemorates the 10th anniversary of its first ASICS collaboration with a brand-new sneaker project. Part of the “HTTP 404” pack, this special-edition INVINCIBLE x ASICS Gel-Nimbus 10.1 “404 RGB” pays homage to the Gel-Lyte 3 “Formosa” iteration from 2015, donning a similar colour scheme and a multidimensional design inspired by retro-futuristic elements. Replacing the “Green” in RGB with “Grey”, this pair is a next-gen reinterpretation of the digital world.
Embracing distortion and playful imbalance, this hybrid running shoe flaunts a greyscale upper crafted in lightweight mesh, shaggy suede, smooth leather, and durable ripstop fabrics. The oversized Tiger Stripes and exposed stitching deliver a deconstructed finish to the silhouette’s progressive makeover. A massive spiral logo animates the toe box, complementing the traditional labels and co-branding on various panels of the shoe. Mismatched red and blue accents envelop the tongue and rear to enhance the colourway’s deliberately chaotic sequence. Originating from the trendy Gel-Kayano 14, the streamlined midsole combines plush EVA foam and dark GEL inserts for excellent cushioning and energy return. A sturdy TRUSSTIC plate offers stability and arch support underfoot, reinforced by a segmented rubber outsole.
Launching on the 17th of October via a raffle draw on the INVINCIBLE website, you can find out where to buy the INVINCIBLE x ASICS Gel-Nimbus 10.1 “404 RGB” by keeping it locked to The Sole Supplier!
