Long-time collaborators Carhartt WIP and Converse expand their collaborative venture anew with a skate-ready update on the iconic One Star. The two powerhouse fashion brands have pursued an active partnership since 2017 and remained steadfast in bestowing stunning workwear-inspired Converse kicks that resonate with Carhartt’s utilitarian design language. After debuting in 2022, the Carhartt Converse One Star Pro “White” returns for a December 2023 restock alongside the Fastbreak Pro model.

The Converse CONS x Carhartt WIP collection veered away from the timeless Chuck 70, instead focusing on the legendary footwear brand’s skate silhouettes. This heavy-duty Converse One Star Pro iteration boasts a tactile display of premium materials, featuring clean white leather on the lateral panel and canvas on the medial side. Beige tones envelop the suede toe box and eyestay, while the signature One Star logos flaunt mismatched leather and canvas cut-outs. Co-branded “CONS” logos adorn the tongue, sockliner, and lace tips, while an embossed Carhartt emblem decorates the suede heel strip. Converse’s premier CX cushioning delivers maximum impact absorption and superior cushioning for all-day skate sessions. A black rubber foxing wraps the midsole, juxtaposed by a brown toe portion. The tried-and-tested gum rubber sole completes the design of this masterpiece of a shoe from Carhartt and Converse CONS.
