The renowned songwriter, producer, chef, and wrestler continues to engage in high-heat projects in the sneaker space, expanding his widespread influence in pop culture. Hailed by Bam Bam as the “most polarising sneaker of 2024”, the Action Bronson x New Balance 1906R “Rosewater” showcases Mr. Baklava’s signature vibrant ensemble, a tribute to women’s aerobics footwear.

Fresh off his NB 990v6 projects, Bam Bam is slowly inserting his name as one of the best collaborators of the Boston sportswear brand. This stunning 1906 iteration displays a clean white tone throughout the breathable and lightweight open mesh upper with TPU film overlays replacing the usual leather and synthetic reinforcements. Bright blue accents envelop the “N” logos on the sides, while eye-catching volt hues highlight the laces. Co-branding appears on the sockliners. Meanwhile, purple pigments engulf the inner layer of the quarter panel, tongue, and heel counter. Equally buzzing with athletic energy, orange tints engulf the ABZORB midsole, setting up a colourful outsole combination.
