New Balance 1906D Protection Pack White

New Balance's Protection Pack was one of the brand's biggest success stories from 2021, and continued its rise in the latter half of 2022 as the deconstructed detailing was applied to a second silhouette, the 2002R. December 2022 and January 2023 saw NB go back to basics with a number of colourways getting the Protection Pack treatment: black, navy and grey. The latest colour taking on the rough and ready look, the New Balance 1906D Protection Pack "White", is set to hit the shelves on February 3rd, so here's everything you need to know.

In true Protection Pack fashion, the "White" NB 1906D comes constructed from a mix of suede and mesh, which all takes on an off-white tone. In line with the pack's theme, the hairy suede panels come cut in a jagged pattern, which gives the sneaker an extra edge over its usual retro runner style. An N-lock lacing system adds an extra point of detail along with the caged heel, and a solid black sole unit brings the pair to a close.
