Following limited-edition collaborations with Younes Bendjima and Run The Boroughs, New Balance delivers more general-release colourways of the premium NB 576 to celebrate its 35th anniversary this 2023. This classic running shoe last came out in 2019 before taking a brief hiatus. The New Balance 576 Made in UK “Apricot” flaunts autumn-ready tones with popping accents of purple and volt.
New Balance’s Made in USA and Made in UK labels offer premium craftsmanship in their footwear selections. Often misidentified with the more affordable NB 574, the New Balance 576 is the perfect normcore sneaker that goes well with every outfit. This running shoe from 1988 kicked off its 35th-anniversary celebration with two commemorative colourways. A handful of styles soon followed, including this “Apricot” rendition. The shoe has a purple mesh base with dark apricot-orange fuzzy suede overlays. Volt accents adorn the back tab and the New Balance branding on the tongue, complemented with a vibrant teal hue on the heel New Balance label and “576” tag. Purple N logos on the side add consistency, while the Boston-based brand’s signature greyscale colours appear on the lining, ENCAP midsole, and heel counter. The black rubber outsole rounds out this seasonal colourway.
