CAYL × New Balance 610 Climb As You Love

South Korean outdoor brand CAYL (Climb As You Love) teams up with New Balance for their second collaboration focused on the latter’s outdoor-focused footwear selections. Founded in 2011, Climb As You Love shaped the Asian country’s hiking and trail running culture by developing heavy-duty equipment and apparel built for the harshest weather conditions. With the Gorpcore trend boosting the brand’s reputation on the international scene, we can expect CAYL to continue soaring and reaching greater heights. The two brands first linked up in 2021, featuring CAYL’s debut footwear models, the CRV SLIDE and ZIP. Dropping alongside the Fresh Foam More Trail v3, this CAYL × New Balance 610 “Climb As You Love” is an ode to outdoor travellers and the exciting journeys ahead.

The shoe boasts a khaki green upper boasting CAYL’s signature B-grid fabric that is water and tear-resistant. Meanwhile, colour-coordinated hairy suede overlays wrap the shoe in a nature-inspired design approach. Black N logos adorn the sides, complemented with black laces and inner lining. The signature CAYL mountain logo appears on the lateral mesh collar and tongue, perfectly resonating with the NB 610’s trail-running heritage. C-Cap cushioning forms the midsole for adequate impact protection and stability when traversing uneven terrains. The durable, rugged outsole completes this trail-ready collaboration.
