Mowalola x New Balance 9060 Black Teal

Boston footwear giant New Balance strongly holds its position at the forefront of the sneaker game today, thanks to iconic collaborations with notable brands and designers. The Mowalola x New Balance 9060 Black Teal is the latest collaborative pair, one of two colourways designed with Mowalola Ogunlesi’s eponymous brand (the other being the 9060 Black Purple). First revealed in Mowalola's Spring/Summer 2023 collection in a runway show in Paris, the pair sports a mix of premium leather and breathable mesh accents. A stark black colour predominantly takes over the entire setup, with hits of teal green via the sidewall "N" logos, eyestays, and forefoot overlays adding contrasting touches. This New Balance 990/860 hybrid/860 hybrid is complete with a bulbous midsole unit concealing EVA and ABZORB cushioning.
