Salehe Bembury x New Balance 991v2 Colors Be The Palette

Salehe Bembury continues his hot streak in AW24 with another New Balance collaboration featuring the modernised 991v2. The Los Angeles-based designer has been making his presence felt in the streetwear scene, having teamed up with several brands and taking on creative director roles with luxury fashion labels. Executing his distinct creative DNA once more, the Salehe Bembury x New Balance 991v2 “Purple” presents an extravagant display of colours for a contemporary look.

This vibrant sneaker features a predominantly purple upper constructed in breathable mesh and hairy pigskin suede for a premium feel. The muted grey shade appears via the synthetic panelling on the forefoot, whilst the trademark “N” graces the sidewalls. Blue and peach accents animate the co-branded labels on the tongue, complementing the striking green and orange hues encompassing the lining and heel tabs. The ENCAP midsole boasts bright ABZORB SBS pods with encapsulated FuelCell technology for maximum comfort, shored up by a multicoloured rubber sole.
