Fragment x Nike Air Force 1 Low Black

Prominent Japanese designer, founder, and 1/3 of HTM collective Hiroshi Fujiwara is back with another Nike collaboration through his fragment design fashion imprint. Featuring the timeless Nike Air Force 1, the two-pack capsule arrives in minimalist ensembles of contrasting “White” and “Black” styles. This fragment Air Force 1 iteration preserves the classic AF1 DNA adorned with Fragment’s signature emblems.

Whilst the sneaker community often portrays the blacked-out Nike Air Force 1 as an infamous fashion icon, several brand collaborations gave the “Triple Black” sneaker a premium update. Brands like Stüssy and Supreme released their all-black AF1 offerings in 2020, while Italian luxury streetwear brand Slam Jam launched the stealthy makeover in early 2023. This fragment collaboration shies away from highly-detailed Hiroshi Fujiwara projects, instead opting for a clean, clandestine aesthetic crafted in smooth leather. A signature lightning bolt logo adorns the lateral rear, while a debossed FRGMT label decorates the midsole alongside the traditional “AIR” branding. Classic Nike Air decorates the heel, while the star-studded outsole wraps up the covert design language of this sneaker.
