In what is possibly one of 2020's weirdest sneaker trends, Nike have transformed the legendary AJ5 to a golf shoe with the brand new Nike Air Jordan 5 Low White Red. Following in the footsteps of the Air Max 97 "Silver Bullet" which was revived as a course-ready sneaker earlier this year, here's everything that you need to know.
Arriving in the iconic "Fire Red" colourway that, if you are a Jumpman fan, you would definitely know. Featuring a predominantly leather construction, the shoe is painted in a clean white and red colour scheme with the legendary toggle lacing system making a comeback for a full retro rewind.
Moving downwards, you'll find the signature P-51 Mustang-inspired Air midsole that's been iced up, and down below, seven circular black spikes feature, providing sport-specific grip that can be altered depending on your needs. To round it all off, the famed Jumpman logo is embroidered around the heel in red, finalising the design.
What is there not to love about the Nike Air Jordan 5 Low White Red? If you're a sneakerhead and a golfer, adding a pair to your daily rotation is a no brainer, so make sure you cop when they hit shelves on February 27th!
