After a series of high-heat drops during Air Max Day 2023, the OG-inspired Nike Air Max 1 ‘86 has been far and few between in terms of new releases. However, the Oregon-based sportswear giant introduces a brand-new colourway boasting layers upon layers of premium materials to close out the year. Suitable for all seasons, it's time to step up your sneaker game with the Air Max 1 ‘86 “Black Denim”!

This AM1 flaunts a tactile array of fabrics, starting with a blue-grey suede base wrapped around by pink and washed denim midfoot overlays. A black pebbled leather mudguard adds more structure surrounding the soft materials. White leather Swooshes decorate the sides, while vibrant pink hues engulf the laces, tongue, and padded inner lining. Elsewhere, embossed Nike branding subtly embellishes the tongue and heel. The sail white PU midsole echoes the aesthetics of pre-aged sneakers from the ‘80s, carrying a four-window Air unit for maximum cushioning and bounce. Underneath, pink and blue-grey waffle treads wrap up the striking design of this Air Max icon.
