Nike Air Max 1 Cacao Wow

Following an impressive 2023, where we witnessed the Air Max 1 ‘86’s debut and several remastered versions of colourways past, Nike enters the brand-new year with another plethora of high-heat styles. The Nike Air Max 1 “Cacao Wow” serves up an outdoor-ready makeover with its earthy colour palette ushering into the new season.

Similar to Nike's various “Beef & Broccoli” past colour schemes, like the winterised Air Jordan 9 NRG from ‘18 and a modified Air Force 1 Low in late 2022. This AM1 iteration preserves the quintessential silhouette’s DNA, outfitting the shoe in a muted green mesh base and pebbled leather Swooshes. Brown suede overlays wrap the mudguard and midfoot overlays, while darker brown leather covers the forefoot strand and heel panel. Embodying a staple colourway of traditional winter boots, the two-tone laces, PU foam midsole, and embroidered Swoosh on the rear arrive in pitch-black. Visible Nike Air cushioning on the heel provides adequate cushioning and plush comfort underfoot. The classic Nike waffle sole completes the rugged, weather-proof style of this AM1.
