Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 270 React Cactus Jack
Who is hyped for the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 270 React Cactus Jack? A sneaker that first leaked around summer, we never actually got to see the shoe in question until now, and it's everything we wanted and so much more. Serving as La Flame's next Nike collaboration, here's everything that we know so far!
When rumours of this shoe first leaked in July, a ton of renders and mockups were popping up of an AM720R with a backwards Swoosh. While the American rapper could have just left it there and called it a day, we all know that he always goes above and beyond. With that said, gone if the no-sew upper of the general release version, and in its place in a wavy pattern that's dipped in a creamish beige hue. The lacing system has also been fully reworked with smooth grey leather panels and a toggle switch. You'll also find earthy suede overlays across the toe box and heel, tying everything together.
As we move downwards, you're greeted with a bold orange hybrid midsole. Not only does React foam make its way across the forefoot, a chunky Air bubble also takes its place at the heel, providing comfort and cushioning that is truly off the charts. To round it all off, a "CACTUS JACK" pull tab hits the heel in the shape of a cross.
Hands down one of the most anticipated sneaker collabs of the new decade, the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 270 React Cactus Jack is the perfect way to kick things off as it drops sometime in March 2020. Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for more info!
