Here we take a closer look at the Nike Air Max 97 Black Mono OG Grade School. Presented to us in a classic Triple Black colourway, this Air Max 97 is the definition of sleek.
Fashioned from black faux leather and canvas textile, this grade school shoe boasts a light feel and cosy fit.
The sidewalls feature the classic undulating waves above a small panel housing a mini Swoosh on both the inner and outer sidewalls. A hidden black lacing system also runs up top to ensure a secure fit. The tongue has an oval embroidered Swoosh and tag so they’re easy to slip on.
Under foot lies a foam midsole, complete with the full-length visible air unit, giving you an extra bounce with every step. To the back, the transparent air unit is visible at the heel, where there’s another mini Swoosh embossed into the foam.
