The upper is constructed from lightweight neoprene which hugs the foot while providing that water repellent protection. An integrated strap system ensures an adaptive fit, attaching to rope laces which are pulled tight using a toggle. Finally, a mini Swoosh and classic Nike branding is stamped throughout.
