Here we take a look at the Nike Air Zoom Albis 16 Bamboo – a brand-new silhouette crammed with impressive performance features throughout. Whether you love or hate this design, you’ve got to show some respect for the countless innovations. It’s ultra-comfortable and durable while featuring iconic elements.
The upper is crafted from hard-wearing synthetic and a soft mesh material. It gives the perfect combination of lightweight breathability matched with winterised protection. Those chunky overlays are stamped to high impact zones at the toe, heel and sidewall. They’re not only easy to wipe clean, acting as a mudguard but also offer a nice contrast in a crisp shade of white.
Elsewhere and the shoe features a full shade of light brown, otherwise known as ‘bamboo’. Extending through to the neoprene ankle surround, it gives a seasonal inspired look. If this colourway isn’t your style there’s always a darker black one to choose from, or vibrant purple.
To complete the look, the shoe sits on a full length Air Zoom midsole complete with a gum coloured outsole. This features deep-tread for traction on all surfaces including ice and snow.
