The Nike x Fragment Design Zoom Hyperrev Black has now been given an official release date. It joins two other colourways – Volt & Wolf Grey – both of which harness impressive performance features and a one-a-kind look. It’s no surprise considering it’s at the hands of famed designer, Hiroshi Fujiwara. Leading the way in state of the art design methods, this footwear genius has long been collaborating with Nike under his label, Fragment. In fact, Hiroshi has already designed a Hyperrev model in the past, and is now looking to improve upon that first design. If these images are anything to go by, Nike and Fragment have surpassed all expectations.
This high top is decked out in super flexible mesh material from heel to toe. It gives a whole new level of adaptability while offering some ventilation for the warmer months ahead. To compliment this sock like construct, a chunky midfoot strap provides that lock down support and comes emblazoned with the letters Fragment. On the rear, a black heel overlay also gives that added reassurance.
To finish the look, a crisp white midsole sits underfoot and includes Zoom technology in the heel. It gives that responsive cushioning to those high impact zones.
