Nike Cortez Recycled Canvas Pack Grey

The Nike Cortez Recycled Canvas Pack Grey arrives as part of the Sportswear Recycled Canvas Pack, which uses recycled materials to create eco-friendly versions of fan favourite silhouettes like the classic Cortez sneaker. In a bid to become more sustainable, the American footwear brand developed the Recycled Canvas Pack in line with their “Move to Zero” journey towards zero carbon and zero waste.

The Nike Cortez Basic PRM comes in Iron Grey, White and Barely Volt shades covering the recycled canvas uppers constructed from yarn derived of post-industrial Nike textile waste. White detailing is then added in on the Flyleather Nike Swoosh, leather fibre heels tabs, laces, and sock liner, adding much-needed contrast from the darker upper.

The recycled motifs finally shine on the tongue while the usual Cortez outsole finishing off the new recycled design. Rounding off the shoe is a very special midsole crafted with a speckled Crater Foam introduced with Nike’s Space Hippie collection, which provides a much scrappier aesthetic.
