Nike re-release a Japanese exclusive from '99, although this time with a twist. While some were quick to label these the "Reverse Curry" editions, the colour team at the Swoosh have decided on titling these the Nike Dunk Low “Dark Curry”. Now joining a deep history of other infamous silhouettes lucky enough to be painted in the food-inspired hue, this one will surely have OG collectors stroking their chin and inevitably reaching into their wallets.
Similar to its OG counterpart, this colourway boasts a brown leather base surrounded by white overlays to fulfill the “Reverse” style. More pops of curry brown emblazon the nylon tongue, laces, and embossed heel Nike branding. Meanwhile, white accents cover the interior lining. Matching the sole on the '99 version, the outsole is cloaked in a curry-hue while the midsole embraces a traditional clean white. The standard Dunk laces come threaded throughout, with a simple sock liner providing regular levels of comfort.
Hitting the Nike SNKRS app on the 12th of January for £120, you can find out how to get your hands on the Nike Dunk Low “Dark Curry” by keeping it locked to The Sole Supplier!
