Avid Nike shoe collectors will always try to get their hands on whatever limited edition colourway there is of the sportswear giant's famed Nike Dunk silhouette. After the model resurfaced in 2019, it has appeared in numerous iterations and even hosted various high-heat collaborations that we all know and love. As for the latest makeover, we've got a detailed look at the Nike Dunk Low Rooted In Peace colourway, so read on as we dive deeper
Working on a low-top profile, these Nike Dunks are crafted with a neat blend of denim and suede. The underlays are dipped in a stark black hue that is contrasted with light tan overlays that wrap around the toes, eyestays, and rear panels.
For an elevated unique look, Nike pulls inspiration from Japanese gardening, gracing the much-loved footwear model with a plethora of stitchings in white midfoot that bears a striking resemblance to the Nike Air Force 1 Sashiko. The setup is complete with a Nike branded heel badge filled in a shade of pastel green and a peace sign debossed on the heel regions.
The Nike Dunk Low Rooted In Peace should be on the top of every sneakerhead's must-cop list.
