Supreme tapped the multi-hyphenated artist Rammellzee for its upcoming collaboration with Nike SB. The Lafayette street shop’s connection to Nike’s skateboarding division dates way back to 2002 when they decided to use elephant print on the Dunk Low Pro, meaning this release is just another notch in its 20 year-plus relationship. Supreme has also worked with Rammellzee in the past, most recently for its Spring/Summer 2020 collection. Combining their efforts, the trio have created a two shoe capsule that will no doubt have both the skate and sneakerhead world in a chokehold.
The Dunk High version arrives with a mostly canvas construction, bearing Rammellzee’s graffiti and abstract artwork throughout. These will certainly have fans of the OG Dunk era excited, channelling those early Dunk High Pro SB “Unkle” and “FLOM” vibes from 2004. A beige suede forms the toe box, eyestay and sidewall Swoosh, adding durability to high-wear areas while also complementing the graphic portion of the shoe. All this is sat atop a simple combination of a white midsole and gum bottom that once again allows the canvas sections to be the centre of attention. Supreme’s World Famous hang tag is attached via the top eyestay, whereas lower down the laces clings a custom gold dubrae.
We’ll wait to see what further official photos will reveal so keep it locked into The Sole Supplier for any more updates regarding the Supreme x Nike SB Dunk High Rammellzee “Multi”!
