North Carolina-based streetwear and sneaker boutique Social Status reunites with Nike for their third Nike Mac Attack collaboration following the silhouette’s comeback in 2023. This Social Status x Nike Mac Attack “Split Vision” presents a neutral-toned colour palette that resonates with the sneaker’s ‘80s design language.

Part of The Whitaker Group, Social Status has been actively fortifying its alliance with Nike, dropping Air Penny 1 & 2 collabs in 2022 and SB Dunk Mids in 2021. This “Split Vision” rendition expands the tennis legend John McEnroe’s Nike Mac Attack roster, kitted in a greyscale upper constructed in a reflective mesh base and suede overlays. Metallic silver accents embellish the Swoosh, collar, and heel, which feature tear-away details to reveal a darker shade underneath. Red co-branded labels adorn the tongue, while yellow Nike branding highlights the heel. The sockliner features a “shop list” showcasing all Social Status stores in the United States.
