Virgil Abloh’s Off-White Leather Trimmed Shell Suede Black is truly a work of art. A pair of sneakers that you need to see in person to be able to fully appreciate, this shoe takes the fashion designer’s love of all things deconstructed and dials it up to one hundred, and we are loving every single bit of it!

Paying homage to classic running styles from the ’80s and ’90s, the Off-White Leather Trimmed Shell Suede Black features a peculiarly pointy toe box and is crafted from a combination of leather and suede. Painted in a predominantly black colour scheme, a massive arrow is stitched onto the lateral side panels as a nod to the Milan based label’s signature “X” logo that’s been on their pieces 2012.

Down below, you’ll find an ultra comfortable rubber midsole that extends beyond the heel, and a dash of red arrives on the tongues, paired with the legendary red zip tie that is an Off-White staple.

While the Off-White Leather Trimmed Shell Suede Black is definitely on the pricier side of things, that hasn’t stopped us from falling in love with it. Artistic and avant garde, these deserve a spot in an art gallery rather than a shoe store!
