MSCHF x Reebok Pump Omni Zone IX Sunbleached

American art collective MSCHF moves on from the Big Red Boot and teams up with Reebok to reinterpret the latter’s classic ‘90s basketball sneaker and introduce a brand-new variant, the Reebok Pump Omni Zone IX. The collaboration consists of two colourways in bright colour palettes to maximise the eye-catching flair of the shoe. While most Reebok Pump sneakers utilise a single inflating mechanism located on the tongue, MSCHF’s BoingBoing technology covers nine fully functional pumps placed all over the sneaker! This “Sunbleached” colourway gets a summer-ready design approach, clad in pre-aged aesthetics.

The shoe has a clean white leather base, reinforced by grey suede overlays and a sail white midfoot cage. Nine yellow co-branded pumps highlight the upper, where you can inflate select panels or all at once! This technology produces air inside the padding for added cushioning, a more secure fit, and extra comfort around the ankles. Blue hues engulf the collar, lining, and edges of the outsole. BoingBoing technology branding sits on the heel and sidewalls, showcasing MSCHF’s reinterpretation of the patented Reebok Pump mechanism. The MSCHF-branded rubber outsole wraps up this collaboration.
