The Yeezy Boost 350V2 is the longest-running silhouette in the now-defunct partnership between adidas and the Yeezy label, which debuted in 2015. This 2016 model boasted significant upgrades to its predecessor while maintaining the same materials to construct the premium lifestyle model. The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Slate” flaunts a neutral makeover in grey and black, a signature colour scheme that exudes the renowned brand’s minimalist yet ever-so-recognisable design. This colourway returned as part of the August 2023 Yeezy restocks after debuting in September 2022.

The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Slate” colourway showcases a muted grey Primeknit construction with internal padding to solidify the lightweight structure of the shoe, opting for a simple design with no wavy knit panels and extravagant details. A black strip runs along the lateral panel, with the signature SPLY-350 branding spelt out on the quarter section. Yeezy branding appears on the sockliner, while 3-Stripes adorn the inner heel tab. The laces and the semi-translucent ribbed TPU cage come in the same shade of grey, with the latter encapsulating the thick full-length Boost foam midsole lauded for its uber-comfortable cushioning and bounce.
