Yeezy Foam Runner Clay Taupe

Following the announcement of adidas regarding the release of the remaining Yeezy stock, the brand quickly dropped a plethora of Yeezy models to the public at the end of May 2023. Sneakerheads flocked to the adidas CONFIRMED app to try and cop multiple highly coveted pairs. This adidas Yeezy Foam Runner “Clay Taupe” debuted in the Yeezy sale after getting delayed due to Yeezy’s contract termination.

The Brand with the 3-Stripes finally reached an agreement with Yeezy since adidas terminated the contract in October 2022. A significant amount of the total sales will be donated to selected organizations working to combat discrimination and hate, including racism and antisemitism. Some organizations include the Anti-Defamation League(ADL) and the Philonise & Keeta Floyd Institute for Social Change, among other charities. The adidas Yeezy Foam Runner debuted in 2020 and instantly became a popular slip-on, often selling out during release day. It features a foam upper created from a mix of harvested algae and EVA. The unique perforated holes on the sides gave the Foam Runner a futuristic aesthetic, more distinct than other popular clogs.

This colourway has a monochromatic brown makeover which is a staple colour scheme across all Yeezy footwear. It’s highly similar to the Yeezy Foam Runner “Mist” but with a lighter shade.
