Are you ready for another take on the Concepts x Nike Air Max 1? The colourful collabs have been gaining a lot of attention since they were revealed, and now a third colourway looks set to join the “Wild Violet” and “Black Multi” iterations. Official images of the Concepts x Nike Air Max 1 “Olive Canvas,” have now surfaced, and it might just be our favourite version yet.
The “Olive” Concepts x Air Max 1 looks to be more toned-down than its predecessors, swapping the paisley print and camo mudguards for an olive-toned ripstop canvas fabric instead. That doesn’t mean the pair foregoes the paisley print altogether though, it can still be spotted amongst some of the collab's other featured prints on the heel of the sneaker. A light wash denim covers the toe and the profile, and a cow print patch can still be seen on the vamp, however, this time the shoe receives a luxe touch thanks to red velvet detailing on the laces.
Elsewhere, the tribal print and corduroy details remain in the same places as the other colourways, and the striped side of the Nike Swoosh takes on shades of green, black and red. This all sits atop a creamy coloured midsole, with speckled detailing leading towards a brown outsole.
As with the rest of the collab pairs, Nike are yet to reveal a release date for the “Olive Canvas” Concepts x Nike Air Max 1. Until then, enjoy the new images of the shoe, and stay tuned for more info and images as they come in.
Up next, Nike team up with sacai for a new take on the Cortez.
