Continuing to drop fire collaborations on a regular basis, Dr. Martens has now joined forces with AAPE (A Bathing Ape spin-off brand) to launch an updated version of the iconic 1461 shoe. Bearing visible branding but also retaining the heritage styling of the model, the shoes are set to launch in both a black and an olive colourway, with each pair showcasing the instantly-recognisable BAPE head logo embossed onto the toe boxes.
Other key details include AAPE typeface logos on the heels, the signature Dr. Martens AirWair tab and black laces and eyelets. Set to release at select retailers on the 16th September, if you’re looking to get your hands on either of these pairs then make sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for more details, and while you’re with us check out the latest regarding Skepta’s brand-new partnership with PUMA!
