Basketball fans rejoice! The 2021/22 NBA season has officially kicked off, and so far the teams have been nothing short of showstopping! To celebrate the launch of the new season, Nike has created and released a brand new City-Edition uniform for each of the 30 squads on the roster.
Since the beginning of the 2017-2018 season, the NBA x Nike has pushed the boundaries with their product launches with the likes of a 75th-anniversary sneaker collection and a range of classic uniforms both arriving in the past few months.
Notable additions from the collection include both the Houston Rockets and Orlando Magic's classic pinstripe pieces, which nod to both teams' retro designs. Elsewhere, the Denver Nuggets jersey sports a colour blocked rainbow grid section in addition to the kit's navy and yellow design.
Dissimilar to most pieces in the collection, the Atlanta Hawks jersey sports a large giant bird across the chest in reference to the classic days of Dikembe Mutombo.
The full collection will be launching soon via Nike's website and also on each team's individual stores on the 15th of November. In other news, the Nike Dunk Low "Scrap" surfaces with a stealthy outfit.
