With 2023 now fully upon us, it’s no surprise that a plethora of brands are beginning to unveil Lunar New Year capsule collections. While we saw leaked images of Jordan Brand “Year of the Rabbit” sneakers last month, a full collection has now been unveiled by the label, and it’s looking set to be a hit with footwear fans. Featuring both the Air Jordan 1 Low OG, the Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low, the collection also consists of five other silhouettes and a range of apparel. Rumour has it that both AJ1 releases will be limited to just 5,000 pairs each, while the rest of the range (Air Jordan Legacy 312, Air Jordan 23, Jordan Luka 1, Jordan 23/7 and the Jordan Series .05) will be more accessible.
In terms of apparel, the garments match the footwear in terms of rabbit-inspired colourways, with branding coming in the form of traditional Jumpman motifs, as well as a brand-new CNY logo. Set to launch during January, it’s highly-likely that this collection will be regionally-exclusive, although further details are yet to confirmed. Make sure to keep it locked in right here at The Sole Supplier for all the latest, and while you’re with us check out these classic AJ1s which might be seeing a re-release this year!
