Kith's Footwear Efforts Continue With This Birkenstock Collaboration

After teasing us with the exclusive Kith x ASICS GEL-LYTE III, Ronnie Fieg has taken to Instagram once again to showcase his latest footwear ventures. In collaboration with Birkenstock, Kith has produced a woven rendition of the brand's London silhouette, and dare we say it, but it might just be better than Birk's recent Stüssy collab.

Entitled the Braided London, this latest silhouette looks to embrace the design language of the original model with the addition of a woven exterior. Around the entire edge of the shoe, we see an interwoven motif, almost reminiscent of the Nike Air Footscape Woven. Suede makes up the upper portion of the silhouette, complete with the the metal strap from the original.

Oddly enough, certain pairs look to boast a shearling lining, while others just arrive equipped with a cork sole. An autumnal colour palette graces the bunch, with shades of orange, green, and beige working alongside black. No official release date is available yet, but if Kith's frequency is anything to go by, we'll probably see these pairs before the close of 2023.
