For their first official campaign surrounding Nike's Air Max Day - which takes place every year on 26th March - UK-based retailer SEVENSTORE is taking inspiration from the Swoosh Brand's 'Give Fresh Air' initiative (you can read more about this here) and aims to unite people from the sneaker scene and show off all sorts of creative backgrounds to share their wisdom and start a conversation.
Working with a group of creatives, including DJs, designers, poets and activists, SEVENSTORE want to show off the importance of meaningful conversation for driving change. In a number of talks, the panel will explore gender identity, as well as promote and uplift work from artists of colour. The likes of Aurelia Magazine, Girl Gang, GIRL FANS and She's Got Skills will be joining together for an evening of poetry, panel talks, painting and exhibitions. That's not to mention the after party in store, DJed by G33 of Girls Don't Sync.
If you want to head along, the event will be happening from 3pm - 11pm at SEVENSTORE in Liverpool this Saturday 26th March. It's set to be a good night, so don't miss out if you're in the area!
