Updated 24/8/23: With October just around the corner, the Swoosh has begun rolling out official images for its Halloween-inspired releases, starting with its Air Force 1 “Halloween” 2023. These stealthy black Forces lend themselves well to the holiday theme and feature scaly uppers, a slime green outsole and pumpkin-themed lace charms and insoles. Expected to land alongside a couple of other ghoulish pairs, the Halloween-themed AF1 will most likely drop sometime in October. Original Article: Now August is officially underway, expect the Halloween leaks to start creeping in, as spooky season is really just around the corner. To kick things off, the Swoosh has been starting to ease us into the themed releases, with sneaker insiders teasing a “Sweet Tooth”-themed SB Dunk High, and now this 2023 “Halloween” Air Force 1.
Nike isn’t a brand to shy away from a seasonal release, but judging by this pair, it's really upped the details this year. Starting with a black pair of Air Forces, the Beaverton-based brand has dressed the style with scaly-textured overlays and Swooshes, and a glow-green and grey outsole. Remaining creepy at its core, the pair also comes treated with Halloween-themed graphic insoles, as well as bright orange Nike tongue branding, and spooky-looking Pumpkin lace charms.
